Directions:  
Preheat oven to 375°. Beat eggs & whites together, and add spices/salt. Mix thoroughly. Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray, and distribute frozen broccoli florets amongst the 12 cups evenly. Pour egg mixture into cups. Bake for 30 min until golden brown on top (monitor and adjust time as necessary).
