Heat chicken broth over medium heat. Add Chives and pepper.

Crack one egg at a time in bowl. Using your finger tips, cup the egg yolk and seperate from the whites without breaking and transport to another bowl. (Do not discard the yolks), full of fantastic nutrion. Suggest heating in microwaive and adding to a salad.

Pour egg whites into heated soup, do not stir right away, just let cook, not to long though. Stir once around when finished and about to pour to unstick any that might be at the bottom of the pot.
