Lightly grease two loaf pans and line bottoms with parchment paper

Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Add water and mix either with a wooden spoon or in mixer on low/stir until blended and ball of dough follows implement.

Divide into two prepared pans. Place into slightly warmed oven with light on and power off. Allow to rise for 45 minutes or until dough is even with the tops of the pans

Bake at 350 for another 45 minutes or until tops is golden brown. Brush with melted butter last five minutes of baking if desired.

Allow to cool for 30 minutes before cutting. . if you can stand it.
