Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Mix the butter and sugar

Add in egg, milk and vanilla

Add flour, salt, baking soda and cocoa

add chocolate chips (could use peanut butter chips, butterscotch chips or raspberry chips)

Grease hands. Scoop a spoonful of dough. Roll lightly into a ball. Indent center and put in 3-4 frozen mini marshmallows. Mold dough until it covers the marshmallows.

Place on greased cookie sheet.

Makes about 30-32 cookies

Bake at 375 degrees F for 8 min.
