Heat saute pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray over med-high heat until lubricant starts to bubble. Add the veggies and allow to warm through. Pour in beaten egg and reduce heat. Stir egg til it is about half cooked. Turn off heat and allow the egg to finish cooking. Warm the flatbread and the salsa in microwave.
Slide the egg onto the flatbread and roll burrito style. Place the "breakfast burro" onto a plate and pour salsa over it. Eat while hot.
