Directions:  
Dice avocado, and drizzle with lime juice. Peel and slice cucumber.
Arrange spinach on place, and top with avocado and cucumber. Salt to taste. Heat oil in skillet. Season shrimp with garlic chili powder, salt and pepper. Add to skillet and cook 2-3 minutes each side. Place on top of salad greens and sprinkle with almonds and cilantro.
Drizzle with ginger dressing.
