Greek Chicken Gyros

2  lb.		chicken brest
3		garlic cloves,s minced
5  teaspoons		white wine vinegar
4  tablespoons		lemon juice
2-1/2  cups		low fat Greek yoghurt
1-1/2  teaspoons		½ tbsp dried oregano
1  tablespoon		extra virgin olive oil
3		tomatoes,s diced
3		cucumbers,s diced
1/4  cup		red spanish onion, finely chopped
1  cup		fresh parsley leaves

1 Mix marinade in bowl, combine with chicken in ziplock bag. Marinate for 2 - 24 hrs.
2 Spray non stick skillet with oil, cook chicken over high heat.
3 Mix tzatziki ingredients in bowl.
4 Combine salad ingredients in bowl.
5 To serve, place chicken and salad in center of pita bread, top with tzatziki and roll up tightly.
