Directions:  
precook beans in boiling water until tender-crisp (about 7 minutes). dran and cool. grill steak to medium rare adding salt and pepper to taste. slice in thin strips, crosswise.

combine beans, salad greens, tomatoes, onion, green pepper adn olives in bowl. whisk together olive oil, basil, garlic powder adn vinegar. toss with salad dressing. divide among plates and arrange steak slices on top.
