Directions:  
Tear lettuce into large bowl. Add orange segments.
Prepare the creamy dressy by running cottage cheese, milk, vinegar, and sweetner through blender until smooth. Pour into small bowl.
Stir in raisins and walnuts to the dressing. Pour over lettuce and orange segments. Toss.
Add grilled chicken breast on the side or cut into strips and add to top of salad. You may use previously cooked chicken breasts, but you may want to heat in the microwave before adding to salad.
Adding the grilled chicken makes this salad into a nice light meal.
Makes 6 servings.
