Marinate salmon in olive oil, 1/2 of the lemon juice, honey & dill weed.

Coat grill pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.

When pan is hot, add salmon and grill. Sprinkle fish with remaining lemon juice and salt to taste as the salmon is cooking.

Cook until fish is cooked through and flaky.
