Directions:
Prepare sm. saute pan on med-hi heat with one quick spray of olive oil Pam spray. Place shrimp in pan, sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, and sear for about a minute. Check the bottom side to see if there is a nice crust on it. If there is, flip, sprinkle with a little more seasoning and continue to sear for a few moments. At this point you can squeeze 1/2 a lemon or lime in pan to finish with a pinch of sea salt. Prepare your salad greens, sprinkle with remaining ingredients, place seared shrimp on top of salad and ENJOY!!
