Cut butter into 10 pieces, put in a large bowl with the chocolate chips. Set aside. Combine milk, sugar and marshmallows in a medium sized saucepan. Stir constantly until marshmallows are melted. Pour marshmallow mixture over the chocolate and butter. Stir until all melted and combined. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Chill for two hours or until set. Cut into pieces and serve
