Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In small bowl, whisk together oil, molasses, salt, and cinnamon.

Spread oats in thin layer on 2-3 cookie sheets

Bake for 12 minutes

Stir the oats on the sheets

Add nuts to oats on cookies sheets and bake for 12 more minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool.

Keep in air tight container. Granola does not have to be refrigerated.
