Directions:  
brown beef in hot skillet, add onions and celery--cook till starting to get tender, put water on to boil, add soup mix and beef base, and seasonings. Add beef to boiling broth, cook for 30 minutes or so. Add onions and celery when they are ready. Last 15 to 20 minutes, add mixed vegetables, boil, then turn down to simmer till ready to eat. Taste, add seasonings if necessary
