Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350 Deg F
Sift together flour salt baking powder cinnamon and nutmeg
Cream shortening butter oil and brown sugar
Add eggs one at a time beating well
Beat in yogurt and vanilla
Stir in oats and raisins
Add flour in three batches until combined well
drop by tablespoon size onto cookie sheet.
Bake for 14 to 16 minutes until light tan, do not brown.
Transfer to wire rack until cool.
