Directions:  
Prep pans using parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the Carbquik, baking powder, half and half, Old Bay, and salt. Cut in the butter with a pastry cutter or use your fingers until the mixture is crumbly and looks like small pebbles.

Add the cheese and cream, stirring until everything is moistened and a dough forms.

When your dough forms, use a tablespoon to drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet.

Bake for 6-8 minutes. Biscuits should start to brown when ready.

While your biscuits are baking, combine together the melted butter, garlic powder, salt and parsley in a bowl.

After removing biscuits from the oven, brush the melted butter mixture over the biscuits. Remove from the pan and serve.
