Spread 1 T oil in bottom of glass baking dish

Layer slices of lemon in bottom of dish

Combine juice of 2nd lemon with garlic, salt, pepper, remaining oil

Toss chicken pieces, potatoes and green beans with lemon-oil mixture

Bake at 350 F until chicken is done (maybe 40 min). May need to remove chicken and cook potatoes an additional 10-15 minutes. Replace chicken for last 5 minutes.
