Lemon Lush Dessert

1  cup		butter, softened
2  cups		flour
1-1/4  cups		splenda
1/2  cup		chopped pecans
16  ounces		cream cheese, softened
2		small pkg instant lemon pudding mixes
3-1/2  cups		milk
16  ounces		Cool Whip
1  tablespoon		lemon zest

Crust: Stir butter, flour 1/4 cup splenda and chopped pecans in mixing bowl, with fork. Press into 9x13" baking dish. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350º until golden brown. Cool.
Cream Cheese Layer: Beat together cream cheese and remaining 1 cup Splenda until smooth. Apread over cooled crust.
Pudding Layer & Topping: Whisk together pudding mix and milk. Allow to sit for 5 minutes in fridge to thicken. Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Cool for 1 hour. Spread whipped topping over all. Cut into 12 pieces and garnish with lemon zest.
