1/8  cup
1/4  teaspoon
1  tablespoon

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Grate lemon peel to create zest.
Combine ground fennel, olive oil, crushed garlic, tomatoes and lemon zest to create marinade.
Slice lemons for serving.
Cut tofu into 4 slices. Spread half the marinade onto tofu slices.
Arrange tofu in the bottom of a lightly oiled baking dish.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
Serve tofu with remaining marinade and lemon slices.
