Directions:  
In a soup pot add onion, carrot, celery and salt and sweat till the onions are translucent (6 minutes). Add the lentils, tomatoes, broth, coriander, cumin and grains of paradise and stir to combine. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer till lentils are tender. (35-40 minutes). Using a stick blender, blend to desired consistency.
