Directions:  
mix non-fat dry milk (about 1 tablespoon) and water, beat two eggs, and add milk,.
dip bread into egg mixture until covered,
spray skillet with non-stick butter favored spray
cooked first side until brown,filip and finish cooking (I cooked each piece seperatly)
