In Skillet, cook onions and celery, until transparent.

Spray crook pot with cooking spray.

Salt and pepper chicken thighs and add to crock pot.

Mix onions, celery, stuffing mix, chicken broth and soup in a mixing bowl.

Pour on top of chicken thighs.

Cook on high 4-6 hours or until done.
