Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine beef, egg, onions, milk and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place mixture in a lightly greased 5x9 inch loaf pan.

In a small separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Then pour over meatloaf.

Bake for 1 hour.
