Directions:  
melt butter in pan on low/med heat
add onion, garlic, apple, chipotle(all chopped) in pan and simmer till soft and slightly browned.
mix dry ingredients in bowl
mix wet in separate bowl
put dry in pan, followed by wet
simmer for 45-60 minutes till proper consistency.
