Cook couscous according to package directions, omitting salt & fat; drain.

Combine paprika & next 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Add chicken, tossing to coat.

Coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray, add oil; place over medium-high heat till hot. Add onion, saute 4 minutes. Add chicken mixture & cook 6 minutes or till browed, stirring often. Add broth, reduce heat to medium, and cook 5 minutes.

Add couscous to skillet, stirring till heated. Spoon into individual serving bowls, garnish with mint. Yield 5 (1 cup) servings
