Directions:  
Heat 2.5 cups water in large saucepan. Add cereal grains, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15 minutes until grains are tender but some water remains in the pan. Beat half and half with egg. Mix into cooked grains and heat for 3-5 minutes until all liquid is absorbed and cereal is creamy.
Optional: add fruit and nuts, sweetener, and a little more half and half to taste.
