Whisk together everything except the bread. Pour over the bread and let it soak for a few minutes.

Spray a 6 cup bunt pan or inch cake pan with cooking spray. Pour wht whole mixture into the pan and cover with foil, sealing sides to keep moisture out.

put 1.5 cups water into multipot. Put pudding on the trivet, close the lid and set valve to sealing.

Pressure cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. When cooker beeps that it's done, leave it for a 10 minute natural release, then manual release any remaining pressure.

Lift putting out of cooker and cool on wire rack for a few minutes, thsen invert to a plate. Serve warm or chilled with whipped cream or ice cream.
