Directions:  
Saute diced onion in olive oil for about 4 minutes.
Add garlic, saute one minute.
Saute mushrooms in 2 tbsp olive oil in separate pan. Add to onions.
Saute ground beef in olive oil. Add to onion mix. Add spices and herbs.
Add both cans of diced tomatoes
Add beans. Simmer.
Gets better the longer it sits.
