Directions:  
Warm olive oil in a large soup pot over medium-low heat and add onion, celery, and zucchini. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, until vegetables are soft, then add tomatoes, broth, green beans and canned white beans. Continue cooking, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until vegetables are cooked through. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
