Directions:  
Cook macaroni according to directions
In a separate sauce pan, sweat spinach, until it is all wilted, set in casserole dish.
Cut 1 cup grape tomatoes add to casserole dish.
In sauce pan, melt herb butter, add flour, to make rouge. Slowly add milk, once mixture has come together add cheese and pepper of the ingredients.
Drain macaroni and add to spinach, tomatoes, cheese sauce in the casserole dish.
Bake at 375 for 20 to 30 minutes if you like to brown the top if you like.
