Directions:  
Place juice in heavy sauce pan on medium heat. Add corn starch, cinnamon and salt.

Cook until thick

Add sliced apples anc cook 1-2 minutes

Pour into pie crust, cover with second crust and bake at 425 for 30 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 and continue to bake for 15 minutes.
