Directions:  
1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2: Brown chorizo, bacon, and ground beef in skillet (drain fat).
3: Place tortill chips in single layer on baking sheet.
4: Layer refried beans, meat, and cheese on tortilla chips.
5: Bake until cheese is melted. Remove from oven.
6: Layer each nacho with 1 tbsp of quacamole, 1 tsp. of sour cream.
7: Garnish each nacho with pickled jalepeno slices to taste.
