Directions:  
puree apple in mixer add dried fruits, and pineapple juice, mash banana with fork and add to puree mixture, add oatmeal and almonds. Fit parchment paper to baking pan going up the sides, and spread mixture evenly (it will be thick); bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Melt some almond bark chocolate covering, and spread or drizzle over the bars after they have cooled. This will add more calories which is not noted in the above recipe.
