Directions:  
1.Preheat oven to 350
2.Mix eggs, applesauce, banana and honey in a bowl
3.Add oats, flaxseed, cinnamon, baking powder and salt to wet ingredients
4.Then add milk combine
5.Spray cupcake papers to prevent sticking , pour mixture evenly (about 18)
6.Top with frui or nuts if desired
7.cook for about 35 mins. or till toothpick comes out clean
