Combine eggs, egg whites and milk. Beat well.

Pour egg mixture into non-stick omelette pan or skillet.

Add cooked sausage, chopped onions and peppers and shredded cheese.

Cook on medium heat until egg begins to bubble.

Fold over half of egg to cover sausage, vegetables and cheese.

Flip egg over and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until egg is cooked through.
