place chicken in a roasting pan or an oven dish.

use olive oil and seasoning to brush over the chicken.

place in oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Check chicken and reduce heat to 425 degrees and then cook for 30 minutes. Keep an eye out for the chicken that it doesn't burn. Check chicken again and then continue cooking for 30minutes at 400 degrees.
