1/2  cup
3  tablespoons
1/4  cup
2  tablespoons
1  tablespoon
1/2  teaspoon
1  dash
1/2  cup

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

Add almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt to a large mixing bowl. Mix until combined.

Add eggs, honey, oil, and apples and mix until batter is smooth.

Place muffin liners in pan and pour batter evenly into each one, about half way. I filled 9 muffin liners.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes, check to make sure they are fully cooked.
