Directions:  
Preheat oven to 450. Pat the chicken pieces with paper towels.
In a bowl combine garlic with melted butter. In another bowl mix remaining ingredients (except chicken)
Dip chicken in butter, then coat with crumb mixture.
Place coated chicken pieces on to a 9X13 baking dish, try to leave a little room between each piece. Drizzle with remaining garlic butter & bake uncovered 15 minutes or juices run clear. chicken will get much more browned on the bottom than on the top.
