Cut chicken breasts in half. (I try to get chicken breasts about one pound each.)

In medium bowl mix mayo and Parmesan.

Dredge each piece of meat in mayo mixture.

Place on baking sheet.

Top with any left over mayo mixture.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Check with thermometer. Center of chicken should be 180 degrees.
