Directions:  
Heat non-stick pan over medium heat. Add grated parmesan and spread to evenly and completely cover the bottom of the pan. Cook over medium heat about 5 min, or until starting to brown on edges. Flip the cheese, and cook 1 minute more.

Remove from pan and serve with favorite topping, or use as a bread substitute for sandwiches.
