Make pecan butter by baking pecans on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees until golden (about 3-4 min stirring often).

Mix pecans, butter, parsley and lemon juice and set aside.

Preheat oven to broil to cook the salmon.

3)Sprinkle both sides of salmon with salt and peper. Place on a slightly greased cookie sheet and place pan on top shelf of oven (4-5 inches from top of oven) broil for 4 min. Turn fish over and top with pecan butter and finish cooking for 4-8 minutes depending on thickness of fillet

Serve over a bed of wild rice with a sild of salad and broccoli
