Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.

Heat large skillet and add bacon, cooking until brown and crisp. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes and cook until heated through. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
