Clean beef and cut into strips. Chop garlic, onions and peppers.

In non-stick skillet, sauté beef for 5 minutes or until browned. Remove and set aside.

Add oil to pan and sauté garlic. Add peppers and onions. Cook for 3 minutes, until tender but firm.

On high heat, add beef and soy sauce to vegetable mixture and cook until beef is heated through. Serve with 1 cup of cooked brown rice.
