Sort out rocks, half beans, etc.

Place beans in pressure cooker pot. Heat to boiling for 5 minutes.

Drain, fill pot a little over 1/2 with water, add oil, salt, pepper & salt pork. Place pressure cooker lid on pot.

Heat on high until cooker begins to jingle. Reduce heat to medium hight and cook for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat, relieve pressure & cover pot. Add 2 cups water and place back on stove under low heat.
