Directions:  
saute celery and onion in olive oil. dice or slice potatoes, add potatoes, salt and milk to pan with celery and onion, simmer until potatoes are cooked through but not mushy. Fry chicken sausage, add to cooked potatoes. Chop Kale and wash thoroughly add to soup. Add pepper. Serve.
