Directions:  
Step 1 – Whisk together Quinoa, Flour, baking powder, honey, and salt.

Step 2 – Mix together the egg, milk, vanilla until smooth.

Step 3 – Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and combine well

Step 4 – In a pan coated with nonstick spray drop 1/4 cup batter.

Step 5 – Cook until bubbles appear on top and flip to cook the other side.
