Over medium heat, in a skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook eggs scrambled or to your preference.

When eggs are halfway done, add Redds sausage meat filling (see recipe) and top with cheese. Turn off burner and cover with a lid, while you heat the tortilla in the microwave for a few seconds. Put everything onto the tortilla and roll.
