Directions:  
Oven 375 degrees. Chop up the broccoli (do not rinse) Or let it rinse and thoroughly dry. Mince the garlic. Place broccoli in the bag. Add the garlic and some oil and salt/pepper. Shake until well coated. Spread out on baking sheet. Place on top rack and bake 30 minutes. It will start to brown and get crunchy. Then it is done.
