Cook brats over medium heat until cooked through - let cool.
Saute garlic, celery, onion, basil & oregano in olive oil until semi-soft.
Add beef bouillon.
Slice brats and add to soup - simmer about 10 minutes.
Add corn and green beans - simmer about 10 minutes
Add rice, simmer about 10 minutes (rice will thicken soup)
