Directions:

Process cauliflower into rice using food processor.

Melt butter in a skillet, and cook onions until translucent but not brown.

Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.

Add cauliflower rice to the skillet and mix well.

Heat stock in a sauce pan until boiling.

Add 1/2 cup of stock at a time, mixing well, into cauliflower.

Add soy sauce and marsala. Mix well and simmer to desired doneness. About 10 minutes.

Salt and pepper to taste.
